You may return any item(s) purchased from NixEssentials.com within (7) days of the date you received your order. You will receive a full refund for the item(s) in the original form of payment. After we process your return, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your credit card, depending on your financial institution. Please note that we are only able to process returns for a maximum of 3 items per year.
While we are unable to process an exchange, you may place a new order if you would like a different item. (The coupon code used on original order will not be applicable on a new order).
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail, the product must be carefully packaged.
Once your return has been received, a refund will be issued within 14 days in the original form of payment, and an email confirmation will be sent.
Damaged Products or Order Errors:
If the products in your package arrived damaged or if we shipped the wrong products please request a call back on the bottom corner of any page or shoot us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org ) our customer service department will gladly assist you. Please be sure to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. If the product arrived damaged, leaking, or defective in anyway, please send us an email (add your order # to the subject line) with a few pictures of the damaged product and packaging.
