How long does it take for my order to ship?
All items in stock will ship within 24 hours of your order been placed Monday through Friday and generally the same day if ordered by noon.
If the product you ordered is out of stock, please allow additional time for shipping. Please keep in mind that this is the time it takes for your order to leave our warehouse, not the amount of time it will take to arrive at your residence. Upon placing your order you’ll receive tracking information.
I need to cancel my order or switch a product after I have placed it?
Some orders can be cancelled and/or modified after they have been placed. Orders are submitted to our fulfillment team right away so they can get processed immediately and shipped to you as soon as possible, that is why we can make some modifications.
The product I want is “Out of Stock” should I still place my order?
If a product you want to order is out of stock, were most likely in the process of getting it restocked. Please, place your order even though it says “Out of Stock” and allow for the additional processing time prior to shipping.
