You may return any item(s) purchased from NixEssentials.com within (7) days of the date you received your order. You will receive a full refund for the item(s) in the original form of payment. After we process your return, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your credit card, depending on your financial institution. Please note that we are only able to process returns for a maximum of 3 items per year.
While we are unable to process an exchange, you may place a new order if you would like a different item. (The coupon code used on original order will not be applicable on a new order).
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail, the product must be carefully packaged.
Once your return has been received, a refund will be issued within 14 days in the original form of payment, and an email confirmation will be sent.
Damaged Products or Order Errors:
If the products in your package arrived damaged or if we shipped the wrong products please give us a call (602-899-1475) or shoot us an email (email@example.com ) our customer service department will gladly re-ship undamaged or the correct products. Please be sure to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. If the product arrived damaged, leaking, or defective in anyway, please send us an email (add your order # to the subject line) with a few pictures of the damaged product and packaging.
If there are any payment problems while running your order, you will be notified via email. If we’ve tried getting a hold of you for 14 days without any success, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Credit card information is not stored so we are not able to add additional items to an existing order.
Out of Stock Items:
You placed your order while the item that you wanted was in stock, but then it becomes out of stock by the time your order is received. You will be notified in this rare event.
You pay exactly what we negotiated for with our carrier of choice. We do not add any handling or administrative fees to your shipping costs. Shipping fees are calculated by the carrier at the time of checkout and passed on to you. We are not responsible for damaged, lost, mis-delivery via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Customer will be responsible for paying a reship fee should the address provided is entered incorrectly. If no one is available or if the package is refused the customer will be responsible for any shipping or handling charges that are incurred.
Additional Shipping Charges:
Should the carrier need to implement any address corrections you will be responsible for the additional charges. These fees come into place whenever the suite number is missing, address has typos in it like zip code errors, or it has any other incorrect information that is missing or incorrectly supplied by the customer within the “ship to” area of the order form.
Orders placed online will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Processing times are subject to change based on order volume and changes and or delays will be posted to the website. Please take into consideration our processing time when selecting your shipping service, as the quoted shipment time is the time it takes after the package leaves our warehouse.
